Are the trails safe?
Yes, safety is our priority. All our courses are equipped with continuous lifelines or smart carabiners. Training is provided before each session, and our instructors are on hand if needed.
How long does a session last?
A session lasts between 2 and 3 hours on average and is limited to a maximum of 4 hours. The exact time depends on the number of courses you choose to do and your level of comfort.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable sportswear and closed-toe shoes (such as trainers). Avoid skirts and loose-fitting clothing.
At what age can you start tree climbing?
Our courses are accessible from the age of 3, with courses adapted to different age groups and heights. Specific courses are available for children, teenagers and adults.
